Management Graduate turned Strength & Conditioning Trainer, Mishti is currently pursuing her ACSM certification while working at HEAL. When she isn’t training her clients, Mishti bonds with her first love- sports, from mixed martial arts to swimming, football to tennis. As a sports aficionado, Mishti came 3rd in the Total Sports & Fitness 10k challenge 2014 and has been part of Barefoot Training Summit 2016 and SCMM Half Marathon 2015. When she’s at her lowest, Snuggle (her 12 year old Cockeranian) and Chocolates are the best therapists to bring a smile on her face!

3 Time State Level Volleyball Player and 2 Time Gold Medalist, Sourabh has been working with leading fitness organizations across India for over 10 years. Specialised in Strength & Conditioning, working at HEAL has been an interesting learning opportunity for Sourabh, thanks to the amazing team of physios! When not working, you would find him time with his love- bikes & Gadgets or going without sleeping for a week! Sourabh believes in being strong and living life large. (The ones who know Sourabh will know he means it literally)
Marazban Doctor, Founder of Movement by Design is also a Personal Trainer certified by ACE, The American Council on Exercise and has been practicing for the past 15 year. Certified Master Functional Trainer ( Australian Institute of Kettle Bells ), certified in Pilates Matwork from the Pilates Institute, UK and a certified Master Rehab Trainer, conducted under the auspices of The Australian Physiotherapist Association. Marazban has evolved by pursuing various disciplines in fitness and wellness. He also holds a Barefoot Training Specialist certification issued EBFA, the Evidence Based Fitness Academy USA. Marazban practices Fascial Release for Structural Balance following the principles of Anatomy Trains.
Marazban works towards the wellness and fitness of individuals covering a wide spectrum including pre natal and post natal women, individuals and athletes with injuries, medical conditions and special needs.
